A System Designed for Profit: How Family Courts Exploit Children and Victims

From our experience speaking with dozens of litigants in San Mateo County and hundreds across the state and country, one truth has become undeniable: Family Court is a fraud—a front for corruption, exploiting children, and monetizing domestic violence victims. A System Designed for Profit: How Family Courts Exploit Children and Victims perpetuates Abuse that goes beyond physical harm; it includes coercive control, financial manipulation, and emotional and mental abuse. Here, only those within the courtroom walls—judges, attorneys, appointed therapists, and minors' counsel—stand to gain, while families pay the price, both financially and emotionally. Institutional Abuse and Betrayal is the very engine of Family Court corruption.

Narcissistic "Jackpots": Fueling Endless Conflict

Here’s how it works: When the system identifies a party with narcissistic traits, it has struck the 'jackpot.' In family court, narcissists become prime revenue streams, as their inherent need for control fuels endless conflict. Accountability—whether through arrests, charges, or fines—is never accepted or acknowledged by them. Instead, it is perceived as a deep narcissistic injury, a blow to their fragile egos. This injury often triggers vindictive behavior, driving them to punish the one person they can no longer control: the protective parent, the victim who escaped.

These narcissists wage a relentless war, pouring exorbitant sums of money, sacrificing credibility, and forfeiting peace of mind—all to make their victims, the ones who dared to escape, suffer. Yet, they will never admit that they, too, are being exploited. Their inflated egos convince them they are special, deluding them into believing they are favored. They pay premium prices for what resembles like red-carpet treatment, where the law is bent, overlooked, or outright ignored in their favor—all to line the pockets of those running the system.

Ohhhh and these narcissists love to brag. They often taunt their victims, claiming to have paid everyone off, leaving their victims feeling hopeless. Should anyone try to challenge the system, judges, attorneys, the Bar, and the Commission for Judicial Performance close ranks to protect each other, covering tracks and ensuring the abuse continues unchecked. The result? Victims are left more hopeless, infuriated, and harmed than ever.

The Game of Control: Empowering Abusers. Corruption Disguised as Justice

In family court, the system empowers narcissistic abusers, equipping them with tools for a sustained and damaging campaign. Corrupt attorneys, handpicked judges, backroom ex-parte deals, and orders that ignore critical evidence, laws, and constitutional rights have become the norm. This isn’t justice; it’s exploitation by design.

But the corruption doesn’t stop here. It extends to how courts restrict transparency and limit public access, shielding their actions from accountability.
